How we start

Most of our work starts with a conversation, not a contract.

You don't need to know what you need before speaking to us. Often the right first step is a design workshop: we map the real workflow, name the friction points, and write a recommendation. Sometimes that means one module of our software. Sometimes it means training. Sometimes it means a better use of what you already own.

What this looks like in a normal week

Rachel replies on WhatsApp that she can't make it. Trellistry asks the next person on her team who is free and cleared to serve. Ben says yes 17 minutes later. The coordinator only hears about it if nobody accepts.

Training is part of every rollout

Most vendors hand you a system and wish you well. We teach, coach and mentor, and adoption training is included with every subscription. We also run workshops as a standalone service, whether or not you ever license our software.

Privacy and security

The work AI helps with most is often the most sensitive.

We run our own AI server. Sensitive chats, case data and meeting summaries are processed there, so they don't need to go to outside AI services. This lowers the risk of exposing information about vulnerable people.

Come inspect our security against your own safeguarding and charity standards before you commit.

No content logging, in writing

We log usage metadata for billing and support. Content is never stored beyond processing.
