Training isn't the add-on. It's half the work.

Most technology vendors hand you a system and wish you well. We teach, coach and mentor — and we'll do it whether or not you ever license our software.

A facilitated training session with notes and collaborative work on the wall.

Two ways we train

Adoption training

Included with every Trellistry subscription — no setup fee

Hands-on coaching and mentoring for your staff and volunteers as you roll out. We stay past go-live, because a tool nobody has been shown how to use is just more structure to maintain.

Also included: migration assistance, standard account setup and configuration guidance, product documentation and self-serve material, and normal customer support.

Standalone workshops

Open to any organisation — from S$3,500 for a whole organisation

Run for churches, schools, family service centres and counselling practices with no relationship to our software at all. Delivered in person or online, in plain language, with no technical background assumed. The price is for a full cohort — our training team, a scoping session before the day and a review session after; ask for a separate quote for a smaller group.

Eleven workshops

Each available as a standalone engagement or as part of a rollout. Same core content, framed for your audience — we run church-framed variants for faith organisations and sector-neutral variants for everyone else.

Understanding AI in Care and Community Work

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Identify which daily tasks are safe to delegate to AI and which are not
  • Distinguish between public AI services and private alternatives, and explain the risk difference to their board
  • Use AI to draft communications, summarise notes and search policies without exposing sensitive data
  • Establish a personal or team-level AI usage policy

Using AI Well in Daily Work and Life

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Apply AI tools to routine tasks — scheduling, drafting, summarising — with confidence
  • Recognise when AI output needs human review and when it can be trusted
  • Set boundaries on what they share with AI tools and why
  • Build a personal workflow that uses AI without depending on it

Google Workspace for Teams

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Configure shared drives, calendars and forms for team-wide use
  • Automate routine workflows using built-in tools
  • Manage permissions so the right people see the right things
  • Reduce duplicated files and version-control problems

Meeting Notes, Follow-ups and Keeping Track

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Capture decisions and action items during meetings without breaking flow
  • Set up a system where follow-ups are tracked and chased automatically
  • Distinguish between what AI can capture and what still needs a human
  • Reduce the gap between "we agreed to do X" and someone actually doing it

AI for Presentations, Video and Creative Media

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Use AI tools to produce slides, short videos and graphics from internal material
  • Maintain brand consistency while using generative tools
  • Understand what can and cannot be published from AI-generated content
  • Cut production time on routine communications by half or more

Writing Prompts That Actually Work

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Write prompts that produce usable first drafts rather than generic output
  • Structure complex requests so AI handles them in parts
  • Debug poor output by identifying what the prompt lacked
  • Build a personal prompt library for recurring tasks

Communication at Scale — Emails, Messages and Outreach

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Draft personalised messages at volume without them reading as templates
  • Segment audiences and tailor tone for each group
  • Set up automated sequences that feel human
  • Measure what is landing and adjust without starting over

Contemporary Music — Guitar, Keys and Drums

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Build confidence on their instrument in a team setting
  • Read and follow chord charts and lead sheets
  • Listen to and lock in with other musicians
  • Prepare for and lead a set with minimal rehearsal time

Leadership and Technology — Navigating Change With Confidence

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Assess where technology fits in their organisation's operational model
  • Lead a conversation about technology adoption with their leadership team or board
  • Plan a phased adoption that builds capability rather than dependency
  • Recognise resistance patterns and respond constructively

Team Coaching Through a Change or Rollout

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Support their team through a technology or process transition
  • Identify who needs what kind of support and when
  • Maintain morale and momentum through the difficult middle of a change
  • Know when to push and when to pause

Governance, Privacy and Responsible Use — For Boards

After this workshop, participants can:

  • Ask the right questions about AI risk and data handling
  • Understand their governance obligations regarding AI-processed data
  • Approve or challenge an AI adoption proposal with confidence
  • Set policy that is both protective and practical

Training vs. design workshops

Training builds your team's capability to use tools well. A design workshop works out whether you need the tool at all. Both are available independently of our software.

Pricing

Adoption training during rollout, migration, setup, documentation, supportIncluded with subscription
Standalone AI-literacy or leadership workshopFrom S$3,500
Board and governance sessionFrom S$3,500
90-Day Operational Improvement Programme (optional)S$3,800
Team coaching through a change or rolloutQuoted to scope

What S$3,500 covers. The price is for a whole organisation: our training team rather than a single trainer, a scoping session before the day, and a review session afterwards. Both sessions are included, because a workshop nobody revisits is a good afternoon and no change. Training a smaller group? Ask for a separate quote — an eight-person team shouldn't pay organisation rates.
