Usually a design workshop first

When the problem isn't obvious, the honest first step is a design workshop. We map the real workflow, name the friction points, and write a recommendation. We are paid for that work whatever it concludes, which is what lets us tell you the truth.

Then one of three things

1. Training. If the gap is capability rather than tooling, the next step is training for your team. It runs as a service in its own right, whether or not you ever use our software.
2. Trellistry Operations. If a module solves the problem, we set up the software and include adoption training so the tool is actually used, not just installed.
3. Nothing further. Sometimes the right answer is to change nothing you buy from us. A better use of what you already own, or a process change, is enough. We say so and leave you to it.
