For social service agencies.

Caseload visibility across workers, follow-through on commitments to families, funder and board reporting, coordinating users and programme sessions — and handover that doesn't lose two years of context.

A caseworker's short note turned into two follow-ups with owners and due dates, with a summary before the next visit, a supervisor view showing counts only, a handover note, and a phone reminder.

One line in a home visit note

  1. After a home visit, the caseworker types a quick note as usual.
  2. The system knows "hosp visit" means hospital visit, because the team confirmed this shorthand during setup.
  3. The note becomes two follow-ups, each with an owner and a due date. Reminders go out one at a time on the caseworker's own messaging app.
  4. The supervisor sees what is overdue without reading anyone's notes. If a caseworker leaves, the follow-ups go to the next person with their history.

We recommend running Care & Follow-Through on Trellistry Private AI, because it reads your most sensitive notes. If your own policies allow it, you can connect your own AI provider instead. If you choose this, your provider's own retention and processing terms apply to that content, and our no-content-logging commitment covers only what runs on Trellistry. Works alongside your existing case management system.

Draft meeting minutes waiting for approval, with one unclear point flagged for checking, next to a panel listing what the AI could read, where it ran, who can use it, how long data is kept and what is logged.

After the case review meeting

  1. The meeting was recorded with consent. The AI can only read this recording.
  2. The minutes are drafted inside Trellistry's own environment. Nothing is sent to a public AI service.
  3. Who can use it, and how long the recording is kept, follow your organisation's policy.
  4. Anything the AI is unsure about is flagged. Nothing is saved or sent until someone approves it.

It also drafts case summaries and handover notes, searches your own policies, translates, reconciles spreadsheets and drafts timetables.

Why privacy matters here — more than anywhere.

Notes on vulnerable families, children and at-risk individuals are precisely the material that should never reach a public AI service. Any assistant that reads those notes must run privately. PDPA obligations plus sector confidentiality duties make this non-negotiable.

Trellistry does not replace a case management system. Many centres already run one and are not looking to migrate. Care & Follow-Through works alongside it — ensuring commitments made in casework are actually followed through.

Not sure what you need?

A design workshop maps your actual casework processes, names the friction points, and tells you exactly which modules solve the problem.

The Trellistry Operations guarantee.

Try it for three months. If it isn't working, we fix it free — or refund your subscription in full and hand back a clean export of your data. No lock-in.

And it should cost you less than the alternative. Before you start, we agree a baseline with you: what your team currently spends on administration, in hours or in dollars, whichever you'd rather be measured on. If that baseline hasn't fallen after three months, the same refund applies.

Applies to the Trellistry Operations subscription. Professional services are covered against the scope agreed in writing for that engagement. Kingsfold memberships and subscriptions are separate products and are not covered. Donors, investors and supporters interested in Kingsfold are welcome to contact us.

A mid-size configuration is about S$6,900 a year, against roughly S$52,000 for one administrator — and if the baseline we agree with you hasn't fallen in three months, we refund it.
