For mission agencies & networks.

Draft meeting minutes waiting for approval, with one unclear point flagged for checking, next to a panel listing what the AI could read, where it ran, who can use it, how long data is kept and what is logged.

After the case review meeting

  1. The meeting was recorded with consent. The AI can only read this recording.
  2. The minutes are drafted inside Trellistry's own environment. Nothing is sent to a public AI service.
  3. Who can use it, and how long the recording is kept, follow your organisation's policy.
  4. Anything the AI is unsure about is flagged. Nothing is saved or sent until someone approves it.

It also drafts case summaries and handover notes, searches your own policies, translates, reconciles spreadsheets and drafts timetables.

Shared calendar of halls across a cluster of churches on one Saturday, with a booking request waiting for approval, trainers available that day, and a course open to partner churches.

"Any hall free on the 14th?"

  1. Northpoint needs a room for youth leaders' training. The shared calendar shows which halls in the cluster are free.
  2. The request goes to the host church for approval. No long email thread.
  3. Cedar Street's safeguarding trainer is free the same morning and can be booked here too.
  4. Couples from partner churches can sign up for Hope Chapel's marriage course without creating a new account.

Eligible churches can also use Kingsfold with the same Trellistry account.

Why privacy matters here — the highest stakes.

The names, locations and movements of workers in sensitive jurisdictions are the single most dangerous category of data to expose. A single leak can result in arrest, deportation or worse.

For mission agencies, the right model is often option 3: a dedicated AI server on your premises, under your physical control, so content is processed inside your building rather than sent to external AI services. We design, install, configure and manage it — from S$25,000, quoted to scope, plus S$800–1,500/month maintenance. This reduces specific, identifiable exposures; it does not eliminate risk, and we won't claim it does.

Funding work across a network? Kingsfold verifies organisations and funding opportunities so serious donors and their advisers can decide with evidence — not just discover, but judge what is ready for money.

Not sure where to start?

A design workshop maps your operational and governance requirements, and tells you exactly which deployment model fits.

The Trellistry Operations guarantee.

Try it for three months. If it isn't working, we fix it free — or refund your subscription in full and hand back a clean export of your data. No lock-in.

And it should cost you less than the alternative. Before you start, we agree a baseline with you: what your team currently spends on administration, in hours or in dollars, whichever you'd rather be measured on. If that baseline hasn't fallen after three months, the same refund applies.

Applies to the Trellistry Operations subscription. Professional services are covered against the scope agreed in writing for that engagement. Kingsfold memberships and subscriptions are separate products and are not covered. Donors, investors and supporters interested in Kingsfold are welcome to contact us.

A mid-size configuration is about S$6,900 a year, against roughly S$52,000 for one administrator — and if the baseline we agree with you hasn't fallen in three months, we refund it.
